A downloadable Game Concept Zine

"Man Who Time Forgot"

When this project initially started, It was intended to be a full game with multiple chapters. However, due to this being a requirement to graduate, this project had the deadline of a school year. There was no way that I could get it done in that time, and I was quickly getting burnt out by drawing the same things over and over again. So, I’ve decided to finish the fifteen images using what I have along with some things I have been working on in art class. This keeps a catalog of the ideas I had for this concept and its characters, so that when I am ready to come back to this idea and finish it, everything will be where I need it to be. The best way to describe this project would be phrasing it as a game concept zine, modeled after capitalism , its effects on our society, and our ability to choose when all of our energy goes into just surviving.

The story is about four people all from different points in time being sucked into a time vortex. The one thing they all have in common? They all work/ worked for Vivation Tech, a predatory company that is discarding its employees when it no longer needs them. The rip in the space time continuum is failing to repair itself. Can you save all of them, or will you let  the living, breathing mass of anomalous energy die? The choice is yours. But choice is relative, and it's debatable if it even matters in the first place.

I hope that you enjoy my project proposal.
